Here are the specs of network: GSM (850 MHz/900 MHz/1800 MHz/1900 MHz) and UMTS (800 MHz/850 MHz/2000 MHz). My question is, can I use Verizon Prepaid Sim Card for my phone, and what is the max data speed that my phone can reach. Thanks!

Even 4G LTE prepaid phones do not use a SIM card. But you cannot use a device that is not Setup for Verizon with their services

Of course Verizon 4G phones use SIM cards. The issue with a foreign phone it doesn't have CDMA radios in them which is what Verizon uses for calls and texting, which means you won't be able to call or text with the phone so make it kind of useless for cell service.

Wrong....Only Post-Paid 4G LTE phones use a SIM card. I know for a fact, I just had 3 Galaxy S5 activated on prepaid and not one of them has a SIM in it.
