I have a replacement phone that I have never been able to answer. It rings, I tap & it just keeps ringing. As I got it for the phone first, I don't know what to do. I have brought it to the store 5 times & asked for help-I don't get anything.

Right. What phone?

First thing to do with a replacement android phone that is clearly not operating properly, do a HARD reset on it after backing up the contents of the MicroSD card, Contacts and email Client settings.

Samsung Stratosphere Android 4g. I have called the number MYSELF and it never registers-no message, nothing on the call log. I bought 2, one for my grandson & NEITHER work!! Everyone says we called & called, left messages etc & I NEVER get them though phone is on & charged.

Give us a call at Verizon Wireless Customer Service from a different phone at 1-800-922-0204. Have both of the phones that are experiencing the issue with you, and ready to test/troubleshoot. We will either resolve your issue and get one or both of them up and running, or if that doesn't happen, we will let you know what options you would have from that point. I would expect to be on the call for anywhere from 15-30 minutes, depending on what is causing the issue(s). It could be something as simple as a small glitch in the programming/activation process. We'll be waiting to hear from you!

That is a different problem than what you posted originally. You originally said you could not answer calls, and now you are saying that it "doesn't register" and you do not get calls?
