I am a contractor so my contacts are very important. I had close to 800 now i have 105?
VIRWIN62, we know how important it is to have text messages work for you and have all your contacts. We want to help make sure everything is working for you.
Regarding your contacts, we want you to be able to get them back. If you have them saved with Verizon Cloud, you can use our app to simply reload them back to your phone. Here is link with information about Verizon Cloud http://vz.to/2eT5BUo
If your contacts are saved with Google, you can sync them back to your phone. This would be done within the Settings, Accounts, and your Google account on your phone.
For your text messages, we would need more information on what's going on. Please tell us more by what you mean by spotty?
