I deleted my misc. files, S. notes and all my Tumblr photos. Can I retrieve them?

I accidentally deleted all my misc. files and now all my s. notes and tumblr photoes are deleted(Around 650) Is there ANY way I can retrieve them!?!

Only if you previously backed them up, otherwise, they are gone forever.
