I cant receive photo texts

I have not been receiving my texts when a photo is attached or sent.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I am having the same problem on a Droid Maxx.

That is definitely strange, LisaLee59. Here to help get those texts flowing once again! When attempting to send or receive a photo text, are you connected to WiFi? If yes, try disabling WiFi, and make sure you Mobile Data is enabled. Mobile Data can be found by going to Settings>Data Usage.

The Droid Maxx with KitKat 4.4.4 will send and receive text messages whether Mobile Data is turned Off or ON.

So it maybe worth while to know what device and operating system?

Also according to Verizon there is a size limit on text message attachments of 1.2 MB

I'm worried since multiple users are having the same issue with various phones. What happens when someone tries to send an MMS? Do you get an error?

I'm not receiving texts from other phones and when I try to send picture messages from my LG g3 it says delivery failed. Would you like to retry.

We don't want you to be with out the ability to text. Let's dive deeper. When was the last time you were able to send our receive a picture message on your device? Are you using the factory text app or a 3rd party application?
