I'm having no luck finding a solution online to this problem.
Guess i'll grab my keys & drive to the store,
and pester the salesclerks.
I'm unable to get anything done here anyway,
with my phone not working.
If i learn how to fix this, i'll post it.

The sales rep reset my phone by
holding down the up-volume button & the power button
for 6 seconds.
That fixed the problem. I can now make calls.

Good luck.

To disable (turn off) the FDN service select MENU > SETTINGS > SECURITY > Set up SIM card lock > uncheck Lock SIM card.

Ok, tried that, no luck. Don't have a SIM card but for some reason it thinks I do.?? Worked this morning and then got this message about the FDN. Somehow I may have locked it and have no idea how to unlock. Any ideas?
