I tried making google messenger the default SMS text program...and when I tried sending a message on that app, I received an error code:
Card 1 error 97
Turns out that texting was turned off at network somehow..customer service reallllly helped getting it all set back correctly.
I'd be lost without my text messaging! Let's see about getting yours back up and running. We apprieciate you taking all these steps, even the factory reset. Have you checked your account yet to ensure there are no blocks on it? You can check this through your My Verizon account online or in the app.
