I recently transferred over to Verizon from t-mobile and got the Samsung galaxy s5. I brought my number over to Verizon and since I've gotten the phone, I haven't been able to receive calls or texts from certain people. My old phone was a Nokia lumia. All of my messages and calls go through but not my texts. I've noticed that some of the users where I'm not getting texts/calls are iphone users, but I've been able to receive texts from iphone users so I don't think that's the problem? Thank you in advance for the help!
Is that old lumia off? Try carefully pulling card and retry
OK those people who can contact you jot down their info and remove their contact totally. Then text them or have them call you
