How to unlock my droid pro sim card while in New Zealand?

I need my phone to work here in New Zealand but before I came I was force to cancel my contract with Verizon because I am here for 8 months.

I need help in unlocking the SIM card while over here so I can use votophone service.

I can certainly understand you wanting to unlock the sim card in your device for international usage. If a phone is active on a Verizon account our Global Support Team has the ability to unlock it, however if the device is not active we are unable to generate a lock code. If you are interested in unlocking your sim and using on another carrier you can always contact that specific carrier to unlock your device in stead.
