You don't because you can't. The update completely replaces the OS and firmware, there is no going back.

Wrong answer......Verizon MUST make a roll back available. For how many of us hate with a passion these stupid updates that are pushed on us, a roll back option needs to become available. It is MY PHONE [removed] and I OWN CONTROL OF IT!

Ask Samsung to remove e Knox and their tour counter and then you'd have a rollback and keep your warranty. Samsung did this on purpose and it affects all of their devices.
