I dropped my phone and the screen is not working, it is like snow and I cannot see anything on it. The phone still works but I cannot click anything as the screen does not come up correctly.
I'm hoping to do a back up or sync the phone to my cloud since the phone still works, how can I do this from my computer?
What is the phone model? Do you use the Verizon Cloud or another cloud service?
