How to delete pictures from both the LG Lucid and the cloud?

How can pictures be deleted from BOTH the LG Lucid VS8404G and the cloud?  I need STEP-BY-STEP instructions from a website that has instructions, or a video, or a download.  Even a Verizon rep could not figure out how to delete pictures; and when deleted on the phone, they are restored, apparently from the cloud.  Any leads or info is appreciated.
