How do you send a picture that was delivered by text, to someone else?

Long press the pic in the message, save then attach it to another message and send.

Thx for the reply. Not sure what you mean by long save the picture. I'm using a Samsung Note 4 btw. I just want to send it to someone in my contact list, as the picture itself is not located in my photo folder.

It is probably in your messaging folder, but if you cannot long PRESS on the pic to save, you can tap it and maybe save it as well as forward the message to whomever.
