As long as your devices are wifi capable, just have them search for available wifi networks, and find the name you assigned to your mobile hotspot network. Assuming you are using a phone as your mobile hotspot, you can find the name of your network by going into "mobile hotspot configuration" in your settings menu where you originally turned it on.
