How do I reset the PUK button on my jetpack and where is it located?

Great question, juneingram! Was there a change or update to the device that required it to be entered? You can find the PUK code by signing into vzw.com/myverizon. Under the "I want to..." section click "More actions". Next, in the DEVICE column select "Phone Details". Then choose "Unlock SIM (PUK) Code. The default PIN and Personal Unblocking Key will display.
