I have purchased a few USB cables and none of them work with my Droid 4. I need to transfer my photos and can't figure it out. The book says to go to www.verizonwireless.com/vmm and download V Cast Media Manager, but there isn't anywhere on the site to do that. Can anyone tell me how to do it easily?

Did you press on the USB connected notification and put your phone in disk drive mode?

Hi camerashy,
Thanks for reaching out! It is important to get those pics moved to a more secure location. Go to www.vzw.com/vvm Once you are here. Click on the link that says Online Photo Album. Then sign into your My Verizon account. You will then be prompted to Upload your media. You will then use the USB cables and connect your phone to your computer. Be sure to click on the USB sign on the top of your phone and choose the option "Mount as Disk Drive". You will then be on your way.
Thanks, BobbyS_VZW
