How do I manage work and personal smart phones?

We have a personal plan with data for 2 Galaxy IIIs. New phone at work means I have a Galaxy S4 too. Don't want to lose cell phone numbers and want to minimize personal cost if possible potentially without having to carry 2 phones. Any suggestions?
