I tried to transfer pictures from my LG Lucid to my computer....do I need to download something? Plus now after failing to do this if I take a pic with my phone and view it after i send it as a message an old picture shows up.......and this old pic is one that I deleted from my gallery?????
christopher1957, pictures are worth a 1000 words! I apologize that we don't support the functionalities of your computer. When uploading pictures from your device to your PC, you will be provided with a pop up menu. This menu will advise if additional software is needed to upload your media. Are you deleting that unwanted picture directly on your device? To delete photos on your device, you will need to tap "Gallery" from your application menu, tap the photo, and then tap delete.
