Help has arrived! When purchasing a ringtone a mobile phone, they are only able to be utilized on that specific device and are non transferable. If you would like to have the same ringtone available on your new device, the ringtone must be re-purchased. The only tones that are transferable from one device to another is the purchase of ring back tones.
