Why every time I try to see the message and calls history, it shown as 0 messages or 0 phone calls but only shows the data usage? Why the other history won't appear???

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with looking at the history. When you log into MyVerizon it will be under the "Breakdown Usage Type". Further down it will say "Current Call Log". Select a line that you want the breakdown for. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
