How can I block a number from calling?

Please tell me how I may block a particular number from calling.

You can block up to five numbers for 90 days (and re-block every 90 days as needed) free via your My Verizon account.  Once logged in, hover over My Plan & Services, then click Block Calls & Messages.  There's also apps in the Play Store you can use.
