How Do I stop Back Up Assistant Plus From Popping Up

Every time I plug my Droid 4running ICS nto my mac via USB  I get that spam video on Back Up Assistant Plus.. I don't want it I don't need I don't want the frggin spam to popup

Any help or suggestion on elimiating this vermin would be GREATLY appreciated

Hi johirsh,  While we want you to be aware of the great benefits Backup Assistant Plus offers, we also want you to have options!  When connected via USB, right click on taskbar-icon Motorola Device Manager, the will be an option for "When device connects", check "Do nothing."  Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.
