Hi, I am traveling abroad from US and I am now in UK. Before I left I added the global data and voice plan, I cannot seem to make any calls, is says connection to this number is restricted from this phone, I can text email or receive calls but I cannot make any? I have the Samsung Galaxy 4, can anyone help?
