My samsung galaxy note 4 has stopped working properly. I have only had it's a couple of weeks, the sound has stopped working, it does not ring, play music, make any sounds. When I tried to make a phone call it will not let me or I couldn't hear if anyone answers. I was hoping someone to help me figure out what is wrong with it, or what I can do

Let's get this resolved for you. No phone is no fun! The first thing I would try doiong is removing the battery from the phone for two minutes and then placing it back in. Please let us know if you can give that a try and what the results are. Has the phone been damaged in any way?
