down load of police central on my HTC one has happened, can't restart in safe mode as it just turns off and screen is locked with the virus. How can I get things going again. Do have malwarebytes on it but can't get to it
Factory reset the device. there is a way to do an "alternate reset" of your phone. that will get rid of the virus/malware.
