This is an unbelievable response by a Verizon customer service employee, you guys perfectly know what this person is asking about and still you guys act clueless about the reality . If you are monitoring this forum everyday you must be aware exactly what update most of the Samsung galaxy s4 and note 3 users on your network are waiting for impatiently. I thought the purpose of having channels like this is to serve your customers better and keep them informed but instead by ignoring the real issue which is the delay of the latest 4.4.2 kit Kat update verizon is making thousands of their loyal customers upset.
Yes, I am sure he knows what the correct response is for the question but gives out one of those VZW canned responses. breefrancescawe don't know what phone you have and it does not really matter as the best chances are if you subscribe to the Verizon Wireless network the KK update has not been released and no one knows and when you let the VZW customer support guy above know what your phone is, he will leave you a link to a VZW web site that will have the announcement when and if that update for your phone becomes available and for you to check there often. Good luck with getting the update for your phone. I just wish there was better things to say about your update.
