I've had my droid for about 2 months, and for the past week, the screen and the whole phone has been super slow or not working at all. I took it in to Verizon store and it was hard reset, but it hasn't helped. I try to click on my messages and the screen slides to other screens. Or I try to text back and it freezes up. Sometimes when people call I can't answer it. Anyone else have the same problem? Know what to do about it besides get the phone replaced?

the back cover and battery (“Assemble & charge” on
page 3), then replace and switch your phone on as
usual.
Reset
To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all
the data on your phone, touch Menu >Settings >Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
