I'm using the HTC Sync Manager to upgrade the device. It downloaded the software, then reboots to install it and gets stuck at 12%. The phone just displays the HTC logo in black and white.
I'm the 2nd owner of this device but I'm on Pageplus. If I bring the device to a Verizon store, will they help me upgrade it?
