HTC DNA stuck in update process

I am trying to update my HTC DNA and for the past hour it has been stuck. It restarted the update process 3 times within an hour and it keeps getting stuck in the same place. It is plugged in into a charger into a power strip. What can I do, if anything?

after an hour and a half it just turned off and turned on again.

I'm having the same issue, stuck at the exact same spot in the update process, restarted a few times and still gets stuck there.

anybody figured out whats going on?

I held down the power button for like 15-20 seconds and the phone would reset, did that a few times whenever it got stuck for what seemed like too long, then eventually it restarted and actually booted to normal..... no idea what happened but if anybody else has the same problem it may take an hour and a half like previous poster mentioned.
