HTC DNA Droid SIM Card Headaches

Add me to the list. I have to restart my phone six to seven times a week (at least) because it randomly loses SIM card recognition. Anyone have any luck with fixing this?

Hey justjayne,

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your HTC DNA.  I know how disappointing it is when your phone doesn't work to your expectations and I want to make sure we get yours up and running.

Try powering off the device and removing the sim card,http://vz.to/WJoVT4.  Give it about 30 seconds and reinsert the sim card and power the phone back on.  Let us know if the issue still occurs.

Also, what is the current software you are running on http://vz.to/1412crT?

There was a software update back in April that would have resolved this issue.  Your should currently be on 2.06.605.1 710RD.
