How do you want us to help you? We don't have information on your bill, how to explain it, what the charges are etc.?

I know it was because I went over my internet data but good grief. I am suppose to pay $40 a month. I was wondering what if I suspend my service how would that work out. Also I was thinking about switching to t-mobile but after I saw the bill that is due next month I don't ever want to have a cell phone again

Keep in mind you're under contract so to disconnect there is a $350 early termination fee. Also financial services may be able to set up arrangements but if you went over your data then it's your responsibility to pay it.

How would that work out with the financial arrangements?

If your bill is due on 3/4 then you have until at least 3/14 before they start calling you and warning against service interruption. At that point financial services can extend it out another couple weeks so your phone doesn't get shut off pending payment.

You would still be responsible for the current due bill even if you were to suspend your service. I'm sure though you can call customer service and get on a scheduled payment for that bill. Split it up over your paychecks and what not.

Yes you would still have to pay the bill, because it is not the phone that accounts for the service it is the phone numbe and the line. You would still have to pay the bill even if you didn't have the phone.

Why didn't you use the notification option in your account to warn you when you are about to go over?  Or use the Data Usage feature on your phone to shut off the data before you have reached your limit?  If you had been proactive, you could have changed the data plan to a larger bucket and backdated it to the beginning on the billing cycle.

Perhaps you should treat this as a learning experience in managing your finances.
