Hello, I picked up two Moto G Stylus units directly from Motorola and have the service through Verizon Prepaid. I cannot get the simultaneous voice and data feature to work (option not on system menu). Well, I spent 2.5 hrs with Vzn and nothing, they were unable to turn the feature on. Vzn claims that the phone is capable but since it is an unlocked version from Moto, then they cannot activate the feature. I then called Motorola and they had me do a hard reset and still no luck. Now they want me to send them both phones to have them looked at. Not happy about this. Had them for 20 days now so no longer able to return them. Has anyone gone through this same ordeal? Ideas? Thank you.
