Ok so I have a driod 3...
I syncd the phone with my google account....
And when im using the networks connection I can browse and use apps just fine
But when I use my wifi at home it tell me that I have no data connection and I need to log into my google account.
I have tried resetting the phone to factory settings.
I have tried rebooting wireless router and modem.
I know its not my wifi connection bc my husbands driod works fine when using it...and the Xbox live and Wii all use the wifi...
Its just my phone and its getting insanely aggravating....
Call Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 I can't provide a solution, that is strange, you may be transferred to tech, even so you already factory reset it. that's what I would do.

You synched to Google, which really has nothing to do with the wifi. Did you pair (link) your phone to your router? Make sure that your phone is "visible" to the router when you pull your scan in order to link the two together. Once you link the router and the phone, it should be good from then on in. It's the same procedure you would use to link your phone in bluetooth mode to a bluetooth item such as a bluetooth earpiece.
I went to the Verizon store and the phone connected to their wifi no problem....So It must be my router...I tried resetting it unplugging the modem and router for a few mins. I then looked at the connected devices to the router through my Netgear account online and surprisingly enough my phone "Mac Id Number" was listed as connected to the router....I just dont know what do do from here....
What is "pair link"?
