Got the update now I can't answer an incoming phone call. The icon alerts me but I can't get to the options to answer or go to voice mail

I am so sorry you are having issues since the software update of your phone. Updates should improve the device. What device type do you have? When you have an incoming call what shows on the screen? Please provide details.
