Google Voice has not worked n my phone since dec 14

called C.S no help

uninstalled and reinstalled

now google voice cannot validate my number

I cannot get voicemail

message says to callers they need to dial number they are trying to reach so everyone hangs up

google voice says its verizon issue

verizon says they don"t know what problem is

so here I am still no voicemail

any suggestions???????
