Why does Verizon not let you know when and where you logged into your account? I know someone else is accessing my account and it has been one of the trials of Hercules to get them to give me any information. I just spoke with a cusomer service rep who should but did not know what an IP address was this was after I had to repeat my number to her six times when she kept mistaking 9's for 4's and somehow 5's. What gives verizon, I just need to know what IP addresses have accessed my account. I studied these things in college and I know you have the ability to track these things, it is what keeps fraud from happening on accounts.
