I suggest taking the phone back and getting an LG! I've had Samsung devices up until 3 years ago, had far too many hardware and software issues. My current LG G3 is currently 16 months old and I've had NO issues at all. I'm still using the same battery that came with the device, still holding a charge well. Don't let the fancy display of a Samsung fool you. It's like owning a fancy sports car with engine trouble!
