Ever since recent up date my Galaxy s5 will not connect to wi fi. I have a brand new router, it connects to everything else. Worked just fine before update. Won't let me move from the off to on position. Tried all the suggestions that are on this site and still no wi fi!

These manufacturer updates are certainly meant to help improve the devices performance, so we definitely want to figure this out. Let's try placing the device in Safe Mode and see if the same issue persists. Take a look here to see how to place the device in Safe Mode http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-111483/. As well, is the current device backed up?
