I'm sorry you're unable to use your phone Sx3! Let's see what we can do. Where did you get phone from? Does it have a SIM card inserted, or did you just change ESN/MEID online? You may need to get a new SIM card for the S5. Also, please make sure old phone is powered all the way off.
