Galaxy s 6,wifi connection turns on and off when this happens the phone also freezes..

Samsung s6 the WiFi connection goes on and off when this happens it freezes the phone and I cant use it till the WiFi is back on,unless i shut off the WiFi in the setting.Then the phone if fine..this happens every place i use WiFi.
