My tablet seems to have forgotten the pin for unlocking. I have even tried to follow the instructions for a hard reset without success. Is there a way that Support can send a reset signal to my tablet?
pghjeff Let's get your tablet unlocked. We understand how forgetting the lock code can be frustrating. Can you please share more details such as when do you see the locked screen (when you turn it on, try and access the web etc), Did you create and pin and forget it, or are you referring to the sim being locked?
