Galaxy SIII won't turn on after update refusal.

Went to Verizon store and they told me to take the phone to a 3rd party repair center.  It seems that the update caused the phone to crash.  Now what?

I would first contact Samsung at http://www.Samsung.com

Get the tech support number and send it back to them for service.
