Galaxy S7 reply all doesn't bring up keyboard

Hi,

When I get an e-mail on my S7 and hit "reply" or "reply all" the keyboard flashes for a millisecond then disappears.  If I "Forward" an e-mail the keyboard appears but not "reply". Is there a setting for that?

I have several co-workers with the same issue on their S7 phones so I know I'm not alone.
