Galaxy S5 or Verizon Issue: Composing texts to old/unused numbers.

A few times in the last few months this has happened. I wake up and see texts on my cell. They aren't new. Open them and they look as though they are composed, but when I go back, it does not save them as drafts. Try to discard it within the message, and they are still there. View all messages and when I press down until I can hit the delete button, it then change to Anonymous and delays in being deleted. I patiently searched my cell phone bills month by month and found that these numbers have not been contacted since late May. Has anyone else had this issue?

This is definitely very strange, 84qwerty84. Are you using the default message application? Do you have saved message threads from any of these contacts? Can you please follow the steps in this link to clear the Message application cache: http://vz.to/1shmREM
