For those whose S Voice was taken over by Google voice dialer after the Kitkat upgrade - I finally found the solution! With your bluetooth device turned off, Go into the Play store and uninstall the Google Search Update. Go back to home then reopen Play store and open Google Search as if it was the first time. Select the overflow menu at the bottom and turn off automatic updates. Now turn on your bluetooth device and when it connects you will have the option to make S Voice the default. No thanks to either Verizon or Samsung for this fix!
