There was a software download last week, since then my Note 3 is slow, lost some color on the home screen and it is freezing up. I have restarted my phone, but no help. Any ideas?
I can't speak to the slowness, but there is no color loss. Android 4.4.2 changed the color scheme from Android 4.3, which is what you used to have before the update. The icons at the top were changed from the blue they used to be to a white set of icons. That is how 4.4.2 looks on everyone's phones.
