Does anyone know to make the home screen light up when receiving messages?......its makes a sound but doesn't turn on the screen....
c21johnl, we want to make sure that your Home screen does light up when you get a new Message. Please go into Settings > Notifications > click on the Messages application. Please ensure that you have the Notification button turned on. Let us know if this helps.

Checked that setting, it was correct.....when I get a call it comes on, but not when I receive a text message.....
