I recently got the Familybase product, and installed the companion app on my daughter's Moto X. I can use the locking/unlocking feature, see what apps she's installed, texts/calls, etc.
However, according to the documentation, it's also supposed to put a name next to each contact when you look at the messaging/call lists. On mine, ALL of them are just showing the phone number, and no descriptive name. I know that my daughter has them as contacts on her phone.
Any ideas?
I'm sorry that you are experiencing some issues with Familybase feature AGreenV5! Try removing the app on your daughter's phone and reinstall it. Keep us posted.

I don't think FB offers anything but time and number. That's all I can get anyway. I have a Droid.
