Hello, I recently got a replacement Galaxy S4 and when I'm trying to set up my Hotmail email account on this replacement phone, I get an Authentication Failed message every time. I'm 100% sure I'm listing my email correctly, and 95% sure i'm using the correct password. Anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same issues.Heres what you should do.Turn off wi-fi and rt click on yours in setting to "forget network".Then go to setting then accounts, set up a new account with your email address and P/W,it should go out and get everything and be ready to go in seconds.Go back to wi.Fi turn on,find your network,rt click to connect, should pop up with a space for router P/W enter then hit done.Next try refresh if no error msg you maybe be done, otherwise i have no idea, worked for my LG G3

I can access my hotmail from other devices, including my internet explorer on my phone itself, just not from the email app. Berto, I'm having a hard time understanding your suggestion. I cannot right click on my phone. Not sure how to get to "forget network". Thanks
