The apps should redownload. If not, you can go into the google play store, hit the menu button and then My Apps. If you scroll down, you'll see a section for purchased apps where you can redownload them without being charged again.

No. Just get on the internet with a computer, and go to My Google Account (or something like that). All your apps will be there, both free and paid for. Just re-install them. If you have Backup Assistant you might be able to get some of them with that. Also, if they are on your SD card and not on your phone, again, you will not lose them.

Thanks. I also have another. I am pure country and like my phone, just also bought a computer and am learning how to use it. But am not sure if I am doing it right. My backup Assistant Plus thing... does that store to my computer when I use the USB mass storage? I see my photos pop up. So is that the same with all my contacts too?

i'm not very familiar with backup assistant plus, but i always thought it stored that data on verizon's servers (try going in to your "my verizon" account online and see if it is backing up everything to your online account).

Thanks. I will definitely check that out.
